If you have made your purchase with Stalwart Crafts, and the product came with or developed a fault over time, we will be able to repair or replace the product for you.
How long are Stalwart Crafts products covered by warranty?
Stalwart Crafts offers a legal warranty term on all regular products (Leather/Vegan/Cork aprons and other goods) from date of purchase, indefinitely.
What’s covered by our warranty? What’s not?
Stalwart Crafts guarantees its products against possible defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace your apron or other hand-made product (with an equivalent apron etc. if we no longer make that specific model)
Our warranty is only valid when the product is used for the purpose it was intended under normal conditions.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse (such as tears, cuts, and holes in the fabric or stitching) normal wear and tear or theft.
We never cover damage caused by third parties during transportation (such as airline travel or other carriers).
Incidental or consequential damages, such as personal injury, loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.
How does it all work in practice?
If your Stalwart Crafts product is defective, please send an email describing the fault, your order number, and a photo of the fault to email@example.com in need of repair.
When possible, we will send a repair kit, containing replacements straps, buckles and studs for easy fixings.
If the apron cannot be fixed by sending a repair kit, We will provide you the return address to which you can return the product for repair or replacement.
Please take note that the product must be cleaned before it is sent to us. Unfortunately, any products which are sent to us in a soiled or dirty condition will not be processed any further and will be returned back to the original sender. Please note that the original sender is liable for any postage costs in this case.
What if the fault is not or no longer covered by the warranty?
Even if the damage is not covered by the warranty, nor repairable, we can always replace the apron for £70.- Excluding branding costs.
