Delivery and Returns

Stalwart Crafts established close partnerships with the most trusted and reliable couriers in the industry. Below is a guide of our global expected delivery times. We use DPD for tracked delivery within the EU and UPS for tracked delivery worldwide. Please note that we only ship on working days.

Track & Trace
All orders receive a Track & Trace link via email to track your order worldwide.

Boasting extremely competitive rates with our couriers, we can offer you the service you expect. Individual prices are worked out on location, product price and weight. To attain a quote without checking out, simply add your desired product into the shopping basket. Here you can add both location and postcode into the “shipping quote” table to discover the specific price of your delivery. When exporting goods outside the EU, all appropriate tax and VAT will be removed from the price of the product. Please note: we take no responsibility for any import and duties charges within these countries.

Return Policy

  • Please send an email to [email protected], include what product you would like to return or exchange and for what reason. Please include your telephone and order number.
  • Our client support team will be in touch within two working days to explain what is required to return or exchange the product.
  • Please make sure you include a printed copy of the email communication and the order number in your return package.
  • When you return a leather apron make sure you roll the product, when we receive the apron folded and damaged we cannot process the exchange or reimburse.
  • Personalised items and gift cards cannot be returned.
  • Stalwart crafts will not exchange products or reimburse until the returned products are received correctly and undamaged.
  • It can take up to 14 before the package is received, when received we will process the exchange or reimburse as quickly as possible.

Note: The costs of returning are at the expense of the customer. We will only reimburse these costs if an incorrect delivery has been made

Shipping of returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (If Applicable)
After checking the returned goods for any damaging you will receive a full refund. If products are damaged in any way we can not accept the returned items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Please note: when returning goods from outside the EU, we ask that you clearly indicate on the customs declaration form or commercial invoice that the contents are returned goods and originate from the United Kingdom. This way, you will avoid incurring unnecessary additional import taxes or clearance fees.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
